The warmup alone is a game changer

The exercise challenges and the tracking are brilliant. Diet plan is good but I'd love a few more recipe ideas as i got a bit bored of the same meals after week 3. That said the workouts are spot on and my legs and arms are properly toning up. Would still recommend without hesitation

first few days i skipped the warmup thinking it wasn't important. pulled my calf on day 3. Rested 2 days then started again and did the warmup every single time since and not had a single problem.
